Adur Find It Out Centre

If you are aged 13-25 you can drop in to a FindItOut centre to get advice and information. If you want to talk to someone in confidence you just need to make an appointment. 

If you have an issue that they can’t help you with, they will always do our best to put you in touch with somebody who can.

As well as advice and information there is free internet access.

Youth Emotional Support - YES

Youth Emotional Support (YES) is a free service provided to young people aged between 11-18 who have issues that are affecting their wellbeing.

Weekdays 9am - 5pm

The issues they can help with include:

• self-harming
• low mood and mild depression
• anxiety
• low self-esteem.

The type of help they can offer includes one-to-one or online counselling, group work or intensive support working. They can also tell you about other agencies that can support and advise you.

GPs at Ball Tree can support you with a referral to the YES Service.  Please make sure that we have your personal contact details for the YES service to contact you.
